JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.N.A.Shaikh, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he has received a copy of the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No.4 and prays for time, in order to take instructions.
The endorsement on the Board indicates that the notices issued to respondents Nos.1 and 7 have not been served. A perusal of the record reveals that they have sold their houses and have gone to reside elsewhere. The learned advocate for the petitioners may supply the correct and current addresses of respondents Nos.1 and 7 in the Registry, within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of the correct addresses, the Registry shall issue fresh Notice to respondents Nos.1 and 7, making them returnable on 06.03.2012.
There is another endorsement on the Board indicating that respondent No.6 has expired. The learned advocate for the petitioners to take steps.
