Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) First, Jaunpur to decide the Ejectment Suit No.216 of 2008 (Ibrahim vs. Manunisha and others) which is pending since 2008.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by directing the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) First, Jaunpur to consider and decide the Ejectment Suit No.216 of 2008 (Ibrahim vs. Manunisha and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
