JUDGMENT / ORDER

The first appellant died on 10.04.2014, the second appellant on 1.05.2012 and the 6th respondent on 04.05.2013. The legal representatives of the deceased appellants have not come on record, nor the legal representatives of the deceased respondent have been impleaded. The suit is for partition. The appeal cannot be proceeded with in the absence of the legal representatives of the deceased parties. Hence the appeal is dismissed. Sd/-
