The petitioner was aggrieved with non-consideration of Exhibit P2 application for variation of service. 2. This Court, at the time of admission, had passed an interim order to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P2, variation application. Hence, the writ petition is closed making the interim order absolute. No costs.
