~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition for anticipatory bail. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1538/2014 of Mala Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 294(b) and 354 IPC.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is over and final report has already been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Chalakudy. Matters being so, the petitioner can surrender before the court below and seek regular bail, and in such case, the court below shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
