JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court complaining harassment by 2nd respondent. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent was a guarantor in respect of a loan availed by the petitioner. There is some dispute regarding financial matters with the 3rd respondent which does not involve any criminal offence. The complaint of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is continuously calling the petitioner and demanding that petitioner has to pay huge amount to the 3rd respondent.
2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that on the basis of a complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner was summoned to the police station but he did not appear. The complaint was enquired into and the 3rd respondent was instructed to take appropriate proceedings before Civil Court. No crime has seen registered.

In view of the submission made by learned Government Pleader, we do not think that the matter need be kept pending. Recording the submission of learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.
