Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Although this petition challenges an order of transfer dated 25 May 2018, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the ends of justice would merit the respondents being directed to consider her representation for being posted at District Ballia where her husband resides in terms of the transfer policy framed by the State Government.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the competent authority shall duly evaluate the representation and the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, this petition stands disposed of.
