Learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. are present.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he would like to withdraw this anticipatory bail application and prays that direction be given to the learned court below for disposal of regular bail application of the applicants expeditiously.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected as withdrawn.
However, direction is given to the learned court below that in case the applicants surrender and give regular bail application, their bail application shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day, in accordance with law.
