Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.Arockiasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents/contemnors.
2 It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of order of rejection dated 22.02.2016 in Na.Ka.No.4165/Aa2/2013 by the 2nd respondent / contemnor. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The same is taken on file and recorded.
3 In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law, before the competent Forum.
