JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7217 of 2016 dated 02.06.2016.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that in this case closure report has been sent to the petitioner by registered post and it is seen from the endorsement that intimation was given to the petitioner, but the petitioner has not received the registered cover. Further, since the petitioner refused to receive the closure report, it was served on him by pasting the same in the petitioner's house in the presence of V.A.O. and produced proof of the same into Court.
3.Since the order of this Court dated 02.06.2016 was complied with, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
