JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to finalise the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the second respondent on 10.11.2008.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 14.03.2017 of the second respondent / the Managing Director, Triplicane Urban Cooperative Stores, Chennai, submitted that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner has been concluded and thereby he was also discharged from all the charges.
3. Recording the above said submission and also the proceedings dated 14.03.2017 of the second respondent, the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
