I vs Mr.V.N.Dhotre

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.V.N.Dhotre, learned advocate for the respondent states that the respondent, that is, Mr. R.A. Kachiya has been transferred to Taluka Panchayat, Tarapur as T.D.O and in his place one Mr. Tushar S. Joshi is posted, who is now supposed to comply with the order. Hence, name of Mr. R.A. Kachiya stands deleted and in his place name of Mr. Tushar S. Joshi shall stand included.

Notice to the respondent Mr. Tushar S. Joshi, the present T.D.O, returnable on 5th July, 2012.
