This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue a Writ or order preferably in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the respondent in Rc.A/1656/2010, dated 15.06.2012, as null and void.”
At the hearing, Sri V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.26873 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
