Sri S. Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, states that, pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was interviewed but was found unfit for selection.
2. In that view of the matter, Sri G.V. Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order dated 04.04.2012 has worked itself out. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed in the light of this order. No order as to costs.
