The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent/wife has not accepted for any settlement and prolonging the matter without filing counter and written statement. The respondent/wife is not inclined for earlier disposal of the suit. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for earlier disposal of the suit.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to grant a direction to the Learned Second Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2015, pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
No Costs.
