Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the letter of the petitioner dated 25.03.2017 addressed to the second respondent, wherein, it has been specifically stated by the petitioner that based on his complaint, enquiry was conducted on 19.03.2017 and adequate police protection was provided by the respondent. Further, CCTV camera was also affixed in the property in question.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is no threat as alleged in this petition. Hence, recording the statement made by the petitioner in his letter dated 25.03.2017, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
