The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as follows:-
“To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner factory premises and to the directors, employees, contract workers, agents, customers and visitors entering the factory premises consequently to forebear the 1st respondent, its office bearers, agents, members, successors in interest and other persons acting through them from resorting to illegal act, shouting slogans, conducting meetings, indulging in any unlawful act, gharoeing, hoisting flags within the factory premises of the petitioner and within 200 meters radius of the factory premises from preventing ingress egress of other employees, loyal workers, contract workers from visiting the factory premises of the petitioner, preventing movement of men and materials, preventing movement of finished, semi finished items.”
2. As could be seen from the prayer that the relief sought for is in relation to the year 2012 and the issue does not survive for further consideration from this Court as on today.
3. Therefore the writ petition is closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to have recourse to law, whenever they have any issues with their Union or workmen which may give rise to law and order problem. No costs.
