JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This application has been preferred by the applicant (original petitioner of Special Civil Application No.2825/2012), with the following prayers:
"(A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to admit and allow this Application in the interest of justice;
(B) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to extend time to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.4,54,901/- and this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant three installments to the applicant to deposit the said amount;
(C) Grant such other and further reliefs, as may be deemed fit in the interest of justice;"
2. Heard Mr.Dipak R. Dave, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.S.M.Sojatwala, learned advocate for Mr.Bharat T. Rao, learned advocate for respondent No.1. Though Mr.Bharat T. Rao, learned advocate, has filed a sick-note, today, Mr.S.M.Sojatwala, learned advocate, has appeared on his behalf. He has not raised any objections to the prayers made in the application.
3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that by the order dated 23.03.2012, the applicant have been directed to deposit the entire amount, within a period of six weeks. However, due to severe financial difficulties and the fact that the company has now been closed, the said amount could not be deposited. It is further submitted that the date for deposit of the amount was extended upto 20.06.2012, by order dated 11.05.2012, of this Court. It is further submitted that further time to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.4,54,901/- (which is a balance amount after deposit of Rs.1,50,000/- pursuant to order dated 11.05.2012), may kindly be granted by this Court.
4. The application has been admitted to file on 20.06.2012. It was placed before this Court on 21.06.2012, on which day it was adjourned, as Mr.Bharat T. Rao, learned advocate for respondent No.1 had filed a sick-note on that day.
5. In view of the fact that Mr.S.M.Sojatwala, learned advocate, is representing Mr.Bharat T. Rao, learned advocate for respondent No.1, today, and no objections have been raised for extension of time, the following order is passed :
The applicant shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs.4,54,901/- on, or before, 23.07.2012. It is made clear that this is a last and final opportunity for deposit of the said amount.
The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
