1. This application has been preferred by the applicant (original petitioner) with a prayer to extend the time to make the payment of Rs.4,54,901/- and to permit the applicant to pay the said amount in three installments.
2. By order dated 23.03.2012, this Court directed the applicant to deposit the entire amount, within a period of six weeks from that date. The period of six months ended on 08.05.2012. Thereafter, the applicant gave an Undertaking to the Court that the amount would be deposited in three installments before the Registry of this Court on, or before, 20.06.2012. The Court granted time upto 20.06.2012 and kept it open for the respondent to move the Court for vacation of interim relief, if the amount is not deposited within the stipulated period of time.
3. Mr.Dipak R. Dave, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was deposited on 17.05.2012. However, the time to make the payment of Rs.4,54,901/- may be extended and the applicant may be permitted to pay the same in three installments.
4. The time limit granted by this Court expired on 20.06.2012. However, the present application has also been admitted to file on 20.06.2012 and has been listed before this Court, today. However, Mr.Bharat T. Rao, learned advocate for respondent No.1 has filed a leave-note, today, therefore, the matter is adjourned to 25.06.2012, in order to hear the version of the said respondent.
