This is second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by me vide order dated 24.1.2018.
Heard learned counsel for applicant, the learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed seeking prayer for bail on behalf of applicant- Husyar Singh, involved in Case Crime No. 173 of 2016, under Section 304 IPC, P.S. Onchha, District- Mainpuri.
Learned counsel for the applicant has fairly submitted that the trial in the present case is already in progress and there is no new ground for releasing the applicant on bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, when the trial is already in progress, no good ground for grant of bail is made out, the second bail application is accordingly rejected.
