JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner by way of filing the present petition has challenged the action of the respondents in resorting to demolish structure situate on the land bearing Survey No.16/15 of Village Mangrol though the same was decided to be granted to the petitioner by way of sale.
It is found that different proceedings are initiated before the Civil Court as well as State Government by the legal heirs of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, it will not be appropriate to entertain the petition filed by the petitioner whose legal heirs have initiated different proceedings are initiated before the Civil Court as well as State Government.
Hence, the petition abates. The same is disposed of accordingly.
Liberty to revive the petition within 30 days if the situation is otherwise.
