Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Husnara Begum, Sabnara, Sajma, Mohd. Shuaib Ali @ Musarrat, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 340 of 2020, under Section- 147, 148, 149, 307, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Saroorpur, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were not named in the F.I.R. The applicants have been named by the co-accused persons and hence, they have been implicated.
The applicants have already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 01.02.2021.
Applicants will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 01.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
