This Application has been filed by the wife who is applicant against her husband, who is opposite party no.2 asking for maintenance.
The submission is that the case is proceeding at a slow pace that does not go with the inherent urgency that is involved in a claim of the present nature, the purpose of which is to provide for someone who cannot support herself.
Looking to the nature of the case, it is directed that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur will dispose of case no.107 of 2015, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. within a period of six months next in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
It is further provided that application for interim maintenance, if already filed, and, if not filed, as soon as the same is made, shall be disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order or the date of making such application, if not filed, positively.
With the aforesaid orders, this Application stands disposed of.
