JUDGMENT / ORDER

Issue show cause notice to the Investigating Officer of complaint being I-C.R No. 8 of 2010 registered with Sanand Police Station as to why despite there being a specific order of his presence in this matter, he had failed to appear in the Court today.
Let a copy of this order be served upon the learned APP Shri L.R Pujari today.
Investigating Officer concerned shall now peremptorily remain present on the next date of hearing, which is fixed on 11th May 2012.
