1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major. The have performed marriage out of their own sweet will. The petitioners are Muslim and have performed their nikah in the Mosque.
3. Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that it is the second marriage of petitioner no.2, as evident from the pleadings.
4. If that be so, the petitioners are directed to get their marriage registered under the Uttar Pradesh Marriage Registration Rules 2017 and then approach the S.H.O., Police Station Heempur Deepa, District Bijnor, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
