ORDER The learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents.
2. The petitioners seeks for a writ of habeas corpus for production of their daughter Kum.Rashmi.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate, has produced Kum.Rashmi in the Court today, through Smt.Nagamma, Woman Police Constable, Bommanahalli Police Station, Bengaluru.
4. We have questioned Kum.Rashmi. She has stated that due to some misunderstanding with her parents, she had left the house. The affidavit of both the petitioners has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record. The parents assure the Court that no such instances would be repeated and that they would take proper care of their daughter. In view of the same, petition is dismissed.
5. The learned Additional Government is granted four weeks time to file memo of appearance.
