From the Supplementary Affidavit filed today and the factual position which is admitted by the learned counsel for the applicant, it appears that the interim order passed in 2005 was not extended thereafter, even though the matter was listed on various occasions.
Consequently, no cause arises for this Court to initiate proceedings in contempt.
The petition is dismissed.
