Office has not sent the record of the Cr. Appeal No. 5602 of 1978. But so far as this appellant Hukum Chand is concerned, there is a report sent by CJM Mathura dated 14.12.07 that the said appellant has expired. The report of police of police station Naujhil, Mathura dated 5.12.07 is also on record.
This appeal has become infructuous as it was filed by the sole appellant, Hukum Singh who is no more.
Office is directed to list the connected appeal no. 5602 of 1978 in the next cause list.
