Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Pankaj Kumar, learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the orders dated 19.04.2019 and 22.02.2019 passed in PIL No.361 of 2019 (Hukum Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 26.07.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel annexing therewith the order dated 15.3.2019 passed by the Collector, Mathura and on the basis of which it is contended that the orders in question have been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
