These writ petitions coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioners seek for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 10.6.2004 and 11.5.2015, vide Annexures-A and B.
2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
3. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations dated 10.6.2004 and 11.5.2015, vide Annexures-A and B and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
