Even though lawyers were abstaining from work and learned counsel for the petitioner was not present in the Court, I myself have gone through the record.

The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Appeal bearing No.C201802000001907 of 2018, under Section 333 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal bearing No.C201802000001907 of 2018, under Section 333 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950, unless there is any legal impediment, be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
