JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the appearing would submit that a letter in Rc.No.2688/A/2016 dated 08.02.2017 sent by the Assistant Treasury Officer, Pattukotai addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Madras amounts to only partial compliance of the order of this Court and therefore, prays for appropriate orders.
2. Per contra, Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that this Court, in the writ petition, has issued direction to consider and pass orders and accordingly, orders have been passed and prays for closure of the contempt petition.
3. This Court has considered the rival submissions and also perused the materials placed before it.
4. The communication/letter in Rc.No.2688/A/2016 dated 08.02.2017 sent by the Assistant Treasury Officer, Pattukotai addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Madras is taken on file and recorded and it would also indicate that a copy of the same has also been marked to the petitioner.
5. Since orders have been passed in compliance of the order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is always at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
