Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Contempt petition, the petitioner has filed a Writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.4902 of 2017, challenging the tender notification dated 01.03.2017.

2.In view of the above said submission made on either side, this Contempt petition is closed.
