Heard Sri Rajendra Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with a grievance that the authorities are not taking any action pursuant to a complaint made by the petitioner against the respondent no.5, who is stated to be a Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Jaura, Tehsil Kaimganj, District Farrukhabad.
It is to be noted that the writ petition can be filed by a person aggrieved whose fundamental or statutory right is being violated.
The petitioner is merely a complainant, who has made a complaint with the authority to look into the matter. No writ can be issued for the said purpose.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
