The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Stay Application filed alongwith the Revision No.C201805000001151 (Hridaynath Vs. Smt. Asha Devi) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that orders shall be passed on the Stay Application filed alongwith the Revision No.C201805000001151 (Hridaynath Vs. Smt. Asha Devi) in accordance with law within 15 days from the next date fixed in the Revision, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
