Sri Faizur Rahman, Advocate, has filed his Vakalatnama today on behalf of respondent no. 4, which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Respondent no. 4 is present along with corpus.
The corpus stated that she is 21 years of age and wife of petitioner no. 2 - Ajit Singh. She shows her disinclination to go with her husband. She stated that after the marriage due to dowry demand some incident took place and due to that reasons, she is not willing to go with her husband.
As the corpus is major and out of her freewill she is living with her father hence there is no question of illegal detention.
The petition is dismissed.
The bank draft of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) deposited as per order of this Court, be handed over to the corpus today itself.
