The present petition has been filed for a suitable direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Sahar, Jaunpur to decide the original suit no. 214 of 2017 (Hriday Narayan Vs. Suresh), as expeditiously as possible.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Sahar, Jaunpur to decide the original suit no. 214 of 2017 (Hriday Narayan Vs. Suresh), most expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receiving of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case, the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
With the above observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
