Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"(i) Issue positive nature direction, directing the respondent no. 1 Civil Judge (J.D.) City Jaunpur (Trial Court) to decide the application i.e. Paper No. 6Ga & 19Ga in Case No. 586 of 2020 (Hriday Narayan Pandey Vs. Shakuntala Rani Jaiswal) within the time bound as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to conclude and decide the aforesaid temporary injunction application (Paper No. 6-C) of the petitioner in Case No. 586 of 2020 strictly in accordance with law after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons to the defendant/ plaintiff/ petitioner and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and giving full opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of this order.
