On the basis of instructions, Sri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that inadvertently certain deduction has been made from pension of the applicant. Once, it has been brought into the notice of the opposite party, immediately, remedial measures have been taken and accordingly, deducted amount has been quantified to the tune of Rs. 1,34,068/- and necessary steps have also been taken for repatriation of the said amount in the account of the applicant.
Once, the Authority has already taken decision in the matter, there is no reason or occasion no reason or occasion calling upon any proceeding against the opposite parties under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The contempt application is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid.
