Though the petitioner has challenged the order dated 13th of June, 2008, passed by the opposite party No.1 before this court, but I am informed that one application for recall of the said order is still pending before the opposite party No.1, therefore, without entering into the merit of the case, I hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the opposite party No.1 to dispose of the petitioner's applicaiton for recall of the order dated 13th of June, 2008 after providing opportunity of heairng to the parties concerned expeditiously, say within one month after receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations the writ petition is disposed of finally.
