A. K. Mavlangar, learned counsel has put an appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that they have retired from this case and they have informed their client for making an alternative arrangement. However, so far no alternative arrangement has been made. Cause list shows that this case had been listed for 71 times and every time, an adjournment had been sought for one reason or the other.
Counsel is directed to once again inform their client for the next date of hearing, failing which the matter will be decided on the basis of documents available on file.
