Exts.P1 and P2 are assessment orders passed against the petitioner against which the petitioner filed Exts.P3 and P4 appeals and P5 and P6 stay petitions. During the pendency of appeals and stay petitions before the 2nd respondent, coercive steps have been initiated against the petitioner by Ext.P7 notice. It is in this context, the writ petition is filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall consider Exts.P5 and P6 stay petitions within a period of two months from today and in the meanwhile, coercive steps shall be kept in abeyance until such orders are WP(C).13747/14 2 passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
