Exts.P1 to P3 are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12. Against these orders, petitioner filed Exts.P4 to P6 appeals, which are accompanied by Exts.P7 to P9 stay petitions before the 2nd respondent. Appeals and stay petitions are pending consideration of the 2nd respondent. In the meanwhile, coercive proceedings have been initiated by Ext.P10. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the appellate authority, the 2nd respondent herein, shall dispose of Exts.P7 to P9 stay applications within a period of one month from today. In the meanwhile, further WP(C).13735/14 2 proceedings pursuant to Ext. P10 revenue recovery notice shall be kept in abeyance until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
