Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of respondent No.4.
The petitioner has claimed additional benefit of allotment of Abadi land in view of Full Bench decision in Gajraj and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, 2011 (11) ADJ 1.
The petitioner was admittedly not party in the writ petition of the Gajraj or any writ petition connected with it.
In view of above, the petitioner is not entitle to any additional benefit as per the above decision as has been held by us in Writ C No.25664 of 2018, Kanni and another Vs. State of U.P. and two others decided on 06.08.2018.
In view of above, the petition has no merit and is dismissed.
