Learned counsel for the petitioners has by means of a supplementary affidavit brought on record, the Restoration/Recall application which was filed for recalling of the order dated 16.06.2016. This application is pending in the Court of the District Magistrate, Kaushambi.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the Restoration/Recall application be heard and disposed of within the next one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
