After perusing impugned order dated 10.5.2011 passed by Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi, in Misc. Case No.115 of 2011 Hori Lal Gaud Vs. Bal Mukund Singh @ Maknu Singh and others, I do not find any reason for interference.
This revision is dismissed.
