The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents authority to pay the post retiral dues including gratuity , arrears of pension and other dues along with interest for delayed payment.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Junior Fitter on 31.12.2015 but his some post retiral dues has not been paid to him till today.
The petitioner has made a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Executive Engineer, respondent-5 to decide the representation of the petitioner in respect of payment of post retiral dues by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
