Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent. Learned counsel appearing for the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent submits that the suit, out of which this writ petition has arisen, has been dismissed on 05.12.2016, and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accepting his submission, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. In view of disposal of the writ petition, no order is necessary on IA.Nos.1, 2 & 3 of 2016; they stand disposed of accordingly.
