BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES DATED 21.12.2012 In view of the averments made in the Note for Speaking to Minutes, the same is allowed and the order dated 21.12.2012, passed by this Court in S.C.A. No. 10151 of 2012 with allied matter stands corrected as under:-

Shailaja, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.1 states, under the instruction of respondent No.1, that the amount which has been withdrawn from the bank account inspite of the order passed by the Tribunal, shall be deposited before the Registry of this Court on or before 28.12.2012. List on 28.12.2012. Ad-interim relief granted in S.C.A. No. 10151 of 2012 shall continue till then.
