The amount of Rs. 1, 50, 64,852/- ( Rupees One Crore Fifty Lacs Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Two only) has been deposited by way of Demand Draft dated 27.12.2012 drawn in the name of Registrar, High Court Gujarat in compliance with the order dated 21.12.2012 which was modified vide the order dated 26.12.2012 passed on the speaking to minutes filed in the matter.

The Appellate Tribunal is directed to dispose of the appeal which is pending before it within a period of month from the next date of hearing. The parties shall co-operate in the proceedings before the Tribunal. The amount which has been deposited before this Court shall be invested by the Registry of this Court by way of a fixed deposit with a nationalized bank initially for a period of one year, and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at a time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of the petition. The periodical interest that may be accrued on the said deposit shall be paid to the party who succeed before the Tribunal or as per the order of this Court. Ad-interim relief granted in Special Civil Application No. 10151 of 2012 stands confirmed. The amount will be disbursed to the party as per the final order of the Appellate Tribunal or this Court.
